spiced rum christmas cake
Our rich Christmas fruit cake is packed with chopped almonds and raisins, sultanas, glacé cherries, mixed peel and orange zest - all soaked with the finest Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum. It’s finished with a good feeding of more rum and topped with a layer of luscious marzipan* and fondant icing. Stored correctly, this boozy bake could last you 3-6 months.

This whimsical 2-layer bake is a cute addition to any dinner table this festive season. You can order this beauty as either a vanilla sponge with raspberry or damson plum conserve, OR as a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream. Both will be decorated with a mix of festive speculoos and gingerbread biscuits, and finished with a snowy dusting of icing sugar.
